What services do you offer?
We provide garment cleaning, stain removal, alterations, and delicate fabric care. We also clean household items such as curtains, bedding, draperies, comforters, and blankets, plus shirt laundry, shoe repair, and wash and fold.
How long does the dry cleaning process take?
Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days. Complex stains or specialty garments can take longer. Ask about same-day service when you schedule a pickup.
Are my clothes safe during the dry cleaning process?
Yes. Our team uses gentle cleaning methods and environmentally friendly solvents, including an Effective Micro-Organisms process that leaves garments cleaner without the harsh dry-cleaning odor.
Do I need to separate my clothes before dropping them off?
No. Our staff sorts items by color, fabric, and cleaning method. Empty the pockets and tell us about stains or special concerns.
Can you remove tough stains?
We handle most common stains. Results depend on the stain, the fabric, and how long it has set. Point out stains when you drop clothes off or schedule a pickup so we can pretreat them.
Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
Yes. We pick up dry cleaning and wash and fold from homes and offices inside our service area, clean the order at our plant, and deliver it back. Same-day and weekend options are available on request.
What are your operating hours?
Kiosks accept drop-off and pick-up 24 hours a day. Staffed counter hours at the Gainesville drop store and the Sterling plant can change, so call (703) 244-3997 for the current schedule.
Do you provide same-day service?
Yes, for certain items and when the schedule allows. Tell us the deadline when you book a pickup or drop off at the counter.
Are my clothes insured while in your care?
Clothes are covered by our insurance while they are in our possession. Liability is limited by our terms, which you can review in store or by asking our staff.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and digital wallets. Corporate accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing.
Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
We run promotions and loyalty offers for returning customers. Ask in store, or email [email protected], for the current special.
Can you clean specialty items like wedding gowns and leather jackets?
Yes. Wedding gowns, leather jackets, formal evening wear, and other delicate pieces are cleaned by staff who handle those fabrics every week.
What precautions do you take for eco-friendly cleaning?
We use eco-friendly solvents, including Effective Micro-Organisms, and follow strict waste-handling practices so cleaning does less harm to skin, fabric, and the environment.
Do you offer alterations and repairs?
Yes. Tailors handle hemming, resizing, and more involved adjustments. Shoe repair covers soles, heels, and basic restoration.
How should I prepare my clothes for dry cleaning?
Remove items from pockets and tell us about stains, loose buttons, or fabric concerns. We take care of sorting, pretreatment, cleaning, and pressing.
