What is EM
Effective micro-organisms are a group of more than 80 types of useful micro-organisms which are beneficial to humans and the environment.
These micro-organisms are mainly combinations of yeasts, malts, lactobacilli, photosynthetic bacteria, filoform bacteria and many other forms of micro-organisms. EM products have been used very successfully, since their inception, in the 1980’s on many ecological projects world wide. Being a totally natural product EM poses no threat whatsoever human beings, their pets, or the environment.

Eliminate Odor
- Dry cleaned clothing will never, again, have the typical odor associated with the type of solvent used in the cleaning process. Garments will always feel like new and there will be no more harsh of stiff feeling garments.
Natural Insect Repellant
- Since the EM formula is a natural insect repellant, it will aid in keeping insects and their larva away from clothes that have been cleaned by the EM process.
Prevent Allergic Reactions
- People with certain skin allergies who cannot wear dry cleaned clothes will now be able to have their clothes dry cleaned because the bacteria which cause these allergies are no longer present in the final product.
Reduce Static Electricity
- Due to the non-ionic properties of the EM detergent, static electricity will no longer be a problem so the garments will no longer cling to the wearer and lint will not be attracted to the garments.
Protect Colors and Clothes
- Stains will be removed more thoroughly, oxidation or yellowing will not occur and garments will feel softer and retain their shape longer. Whites and light colors will tend to be whiter and brighter. Cottons and cotton blends will have a much softer feel.
